Overall is excellent.

Overall is excellent. Nice hotel to stay, good service, friendly staffs, and convenient to find local food every morning and night!

Room service get in to clean up when we are away without inform us. Whose responsibility should customer deal if something been steal.

The breakfast was not American as they only supplied fried egg. No scrambled unless specifically asked to be made separately, no bacon even though I am vegetarian. I am thinking of others here. So I would say sub standard compared to other Hotels of equivilant value in the area. Porters not helpful in taking luggage to room. Due to unwritten policy of taking goods for packing overseas not to your room. Management regarding the matter offensive and this policy should be openly made in writting before anyone wishes to stay at this hotel.

Budget stay with good proximity to the shopping centre

Conveniently located opposite Platinum shopping and just beside the famous Soi 19 pork rice and wonton mee. Room is large, clean and spacious.

Sound proofing needs to be improved, especially those rooms facing the lifts.

the bed was great it was quiet and the breakfast was good

They give you coffee in the room but no electric jug??If you want hot water you have to walk down the passage to a hot water station? No English speaking news channels on tv

What was the highlight of First House Hotel

For a short trip, it's still acceptable if you ain't really choosy.

Location is good, near most of the malls which are just 10 to 15 minutes walk. Surrounding areas got pretty decent food and of course, good massage. Rooms are comfy, bathroom is pretty good.

We arrive too early so only allow check-in after 2pm so we went to shop around. But when came back ard evening time, they mention our rooms we booked are all taken so they will have to 'upgrade' it. But the upgrade wasn't really any upgrade to us as we have booked for a King size bed and instead we gotten a queen size. Room was still decent though so i didn't make any fuss abt it. Lift is really small so only allow few persons especially big size guy like me and most of the time it's packed with people. In the end have to take the stairs which kinda scary for me as the steps are small and at irregular heights. So have to be really slow n careful when taking stairs.

It’s really a nice location where u can walk to platinum...

It’s really a nice location where u can walk to platinum fashion mall and pratunam market. Got 7-eleven and mcdonald which only 2 to 5 mins walking distance from hotel. The room also clean and comfortable. Overall, will definately book this hotel again if come to Bangkok next time.

I have requested to be picked up at the aiport since my...

I have requested to be picked up at the aiport since my flight arrived at past midnight by the Hotel tranfer service and they did.When I arrived at the Hotel the front desk staff were very accomodating and friendly.My room was spacious and very clean.I would definitely recommend the Hotel to my friends.In fact I would stay there again next time I take my vacation. The location is near to everything.

I would go back!

The location is the best! Didn't have to worry about food at all because it's smacked right in the middle of a food street with good food and there's a 7-11 just opposite! Popular shopping areas are all within walking distance. Our room was huge with very comfy bed, blanket and pillows! The hot water pressure in the shower was good too! Definitely wouldn't mind staying again!

There was a slight issue during check-in when we were told that the rooms we supposedly booked were unavailable. There's no safety deposit box in the room so that was a bit inconvenient for us. The walls are quite thin (like always with all budget hotels) so it can get noisy if you have inconsiderate neighbors.
